    What We Offer

    Cardio/Weight Training Game Plan

    Our company offers high repetitions with low weight intensity training within 1 and 2 hour sessions. This allows the trainee to build endurance and strength in the smaller muscles that help support the lager muscles. Cardio sessions are implemented in each workout.

    Each session begins with a warm-up to allow sufficient oxygen and flexibility to assist in the toning/muscle building process.

    Circuit training with timed stations are also available.

    All session are subject and tailored to each individuals level of knowledge and intensity.
